We have in Saudi Arabia many kind of sandstorm.It's  getting more increase so its making a lot of trouble and problem . Some sandstorm became really huge !!! You cant see any thing if you was inside it . Usually sandstorm came from desert . The wind can move it in  different sides . Most hospital they receive injured people . They can't breath very well . A dust get inside them lungs
